Would you like to support primary and secondary teachers in an engaging and hands-on professional development opportunity where they’ll be working as research assistants to leading field scientists? If so, we’re excited to hear what you can bring to this amazing nature-based citizen science program located in the stunning Eyre Peninsula in South Australia. 

About you

  • You are passionate about science, biodiversity and education; and are an effective communicator and energetic team leader.
  • You are proactive and have experience with field work and working in remote areas; and are competent in off-road four-wheel driving.
  • You are familiar with Earthwatch Australia (EWA) and are prepared to represent the organisation for the duration of the expedition.
  • You hold a valid South Australian Working with Children Check (or willingness to apply) and up-todate certifications in First Aid and CPR.
  • You will be a resident or currently located in South Australia.
